IC Fitness is a family owned and operated full workout facility located on the balcony level of Ice Castle Arena. The facility was purchased by the owners of Ice Castle in May of 2016 from its original tenant, Club One Express. In June, the facility underwent a complete cosmetic and equipment renovation, beginning with fresh paint, new heating, ventilating, and air conditioning as well as all new LED lighting. The construction included an all new classroom focusing on Core Barre, Circuit, Yoga, HIIT, Boot Camp, Total Body Conditioning, and P90X classes.
Construction of our cardio deck included the addition of our new 15 bike spinning room complete with top of the line Spinning bikes with heart monitors. The room also has a big screen TV and a sound system second to none. The classes are conducted by the most knowledgeable, energetic instructors committed to making your spinning experience the most fun-filled, healthy reward of its kind.
The facelift also included a complete upgrade of the locker/shower rooms and new carpeting. The Treadmills were replaced with all new top of the line Life Fitness models along with all new Life Fitness Ellipticals, Upright Bikes, Recumbent Bikes and newly added Arc Trainer, Power Mill Stair Stepper and Chin, Dip, and Leg Raise.
Every piece of equipment not replaced received a complete inspection. Any and all worn faulty operating mechanisms were replaced and adjusted to insure smooth and proper operation. We have also added experienced and knowledgeable staff to assist you in the proper understanding of how to utilize each and every piece of equipment, as well as free weight guidance.

Finally, our transition includes MindBody software offering you the ability to book classes online or on your mobile phone app.
